Tortilla Banana Roll-Up
(Serves 6)

¾ cup all natural peanut butter

6 (8-inch) reduced fat- flour tortillas

3 large bananas

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter on each tortilla, spreading to the edges.
  2. Divide bananas in half. Slice each half into thin slices.
  3. Arrange slices down the center of tortilla.
  4. Roll tortillas hot dog style. Don’t forget the milk!
